About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manual Testing Freshers to join our Quality Assurance team. As a Manual Tester, you will help ensure that our web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality and usability. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and create clear, concise test cases.

  • Execute manual test cases across various platforms and devices.

  • Report bugs and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and senior testers to ensure timely and accurate releases.

  • Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as needed.

  • Document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

  • Good knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case creation, and defect reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic bug tracking systems is a plus.

Eligibility

  • B.E/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT) or any relevant degree.

  • 0–1 years of experience in software testing or internship projects (fresh graduates welcome).

  • Certification in testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level) is a plus but not mandatory.
